Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time while working remotely with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through their start date
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding experience
- Coordinate background checks, I-9 documentation, and other pre-employment requirements
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing is a plus
