Job Summary
Supporting moderate to complex liability litigation cases, the full-time California Licensed Paralegal will draft legal documents, conduct research, and assist with trial preparation while working remotely in California.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting legal pleadings, correspondence, and other documents as directed
- Conducting interviews, summarizing depositions, and preparing discovery requests and responses
- Organizing and maintaining case files and documentation electronically
Required qualifications
- California paralegal qualifications: paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or a degree with law-related coursework and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of legal support experience, or an Associate Degree with 2+ years of experience
- Experience conducting electronic database research
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and using Microsoft Office
- Experience providing legal support in a remote work environment
