Job Summary
Providing vital support to the legal team, the full-time California Licensed Paralegal will manage employment and litigation matters remotely, including organizing case materials, assisting with eDiscovery, and streamlining legal processes through automation.
Key responsibilities
- Organize case materials and knowledge systems while implementing and administering legal holds
- Assist with eDiscovery, conduct research, draft correspondence, and manage document production and filings
- Support internal investigations and track legal matters and deadlines diligently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Solid understanding of employment litigation processes and eDiscovery best practices
