Job Summary

To support a growing home health practice, the full-time California Licensed Patient Care Manager Regional Floater will oversee patient care operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient care operations and coordinate services to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and other regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a home care setting
• Knowledge of professional standards and practices in home health care
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
