California Licensed Pediatric Dietitian

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time contract California Licensed Pediatric Dietitian will provide expert nutrition guidance on solid foods for children aged 6 months to 5 years, collaborating with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and adherence to evidence-based standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review content for accuracy related to starting solids, toddler nutrition, and preschool feeding
• Audit and fact-check guidance to align with current pediatric nutrition guidelines and research
• Consult with the product team on features related to solid foods and participate in content development discussions

Required qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a pediatric specialty
• Significant experience with starting solids and nutrition for children aged 6 months to 5 years
• Up-to-date knowledge of current pediatric nutrition and feeding guidelines (e.g., AAP, WHO)
• Strong fact-checking and research skills, with the ability to simplify complex nutrition information
