Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Personal Lines Producer, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide tailored risk management solutions in the personal lines insurance sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts
- Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs, including homeowners and auto coverage
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their insurance needs
Required qualifications:
- Valid Property and Casualty License
- 3 years of experience in personal lines sales
- Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication
