Job Summary
To enhance pharmaceutical care and promote cost-effective utilization, the full-time California Licensed Pharmacy Manager will develop, implement, and administer clinical pharmacy programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Directs clinical pharmacy activities to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of pharmaceutical care
- Develops and maintains clinical pharmacy programs, including quality assurance and formulary management
- Coordinates with cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive implementation of clinical programs
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including formulary development and drug utilization review
- 4 years of progressively responsible positions within managed care pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Current, valid, and unrestricted state Registered Pharmacist License for assigned region(s)
- Public speaking experience
