Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time California Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage inbound pharmacy calls, make outbound refill reminders, and guide patients through the refill process while collaborating with pharmacists and clinicians.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and process medication refills, including data entry and claim adjudication
- Place outbound refill calls and assist patients through the refill request process
- Respond to and resolve inbound patient and provider inquiries
Required qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/ExCPT)
- 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience, including refills and claims adjudication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with clinical collaboration or specialty pharmacy
