Job Summary

Providing front-line customer support, the full-time Remote Pharmacy Technician - PBM Customer Support will manage inbound inquiries from members, pharmacies, and prescribers while ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries
• Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes
• Enter customer data and other relevant information into documentation tools

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• 3 to 5 years of recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience
• Experience handling pharmacy benefit inquiries and prior authorization
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
