Job Summary

Providing skilled nursing telephone triage for participants experiencing medical concerns, the full-time California Licensed Phone Triage RN will collaborate with clinic staff to assess, prioritize, and route calls while ensuring exceptional patient care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Triages participant and caregiver phone calls to determine priority of care and routes them accordingly
• Completes all required clinical documentation in the electronic medical record and communicates with the provider on call
• Provides health education and clinical guidance to participants, families, and caregivers as needed

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing
• Current California AND Compact Registered Nurses License
• High-speed Internet access
