Job Summary

To deliver compassionate care to clients across the lifespan, the part-time California Licensed Physical Therapist will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a remote telehealth setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical conditions and establish treatment plans
• Deliver effective therapy, including exercises and remote therapeutic monitoring, to promote client participation in daily activities
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members, tracking progress and adapting plans of care based on treatment responses

Required qualifications

• Unrestricted degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California Physical Therapy license
• Experience as a physical therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Continued education requirements maintained
