California Licensed Physician Assistant

Job Summary

To provide virtual patient care, the remote California Licensed Physician Assistant will deliver care across various programs including urgent care and weight management, utilizing asynchronous and synchronous communication methods while working as a 1099 contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including urgent care and remote patient monitoring
• Conduct evaluations via video, phone, and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach while serving a diverse patient population

Required qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in at least 5 states, including California
• Board Certified by the NCCPA
• 2 years of in-person, independent practice experience as a PA
• 1 year of experience in weight loss medicine preferred
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
