California Licensed PMHNP Content Lead

Job Summary

To support the development of educational materials, the part-time California Licensed PMHNP Content Lead will collaborate with the nursing content team to create and review curriculum and practice test content for PMHNP students and practicing clinicians in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality learning materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accreditation standards
• Manage multiple content development projects, tracking progress and addressing challenges proactively
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate clinical content and ensure it reflects current research and evidence-based practices

Required qualifications

• Masters or doctorate-prepared NP with active RN/APRN licensure in good standing
• Board-certified as a PMHNP with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health or related fields
• Experience in curriculum development for graduate-level nursing coursework preferred
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements for PMHNP programs
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with comfort using collaborative software
