Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Primary Care Physician for a full-time virtual position focused on comprehensive management of a new patient panel, where the physician will conduct virtual visits, establish patient relationships, and collaborate with care teams to enhance patient engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits addressing acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care needs
• Establish strong patient relationships to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with virtual care teams and supervise NP or PA colleagues

Required qualifications

• Currently licensed in California with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
