Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Principal Biologist, the full-time salaried position will manage complex biological resource projects, oversee technical approaches, and lead staff mentorship in a hybrid work environment in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, environmental science, or a related field
- Six (6) years of experience in biological surveys and resource management
- Strong wildlife and/or plant identification skills, with familiarity in relevant environmental regulations
- Experience managing subcontractors and writing technical reports
- Ability to work collaboratively with scientists, planners, and agency specialists
