Job Summary
Leading the technical vision for an agentic AI program, the full-time California Licensed Principal Data Scientist will provide oversight across multiple workstreams, guiding teams through design and delivery challenges while ensuring high-quality AI/ML outputs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight of agentic AI workstreams, from problem framing to ongoing operation
- Define technical strategy and architecture for agentic systems, ensuring quality and velocity in delivery
- Serve as the technical face of the AI/ML program to senior stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable decisions
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in data science and AI/ML, with a proven track record of deploying AI systems at enterprise scale
- Experience leading large multi-team programs and managing technical risk and delivery quality
- Hands-on experience with LLM and agentic systems, including prompt engineering and multi-agent orchestration
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps and AI infrastructure
- In-depth experience with AWS and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
