California Licensed Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving execution across the Clover ecosystem, the full-time California Licensed Product Manager for AI Solutions will define AI-powered workflow use cases, translate business processes into user-friendly experiences, and manage complex product requirements to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize AI-powered workflow use cases in collaboration with engineering, data science, and design teams
• Translate business processes into agentic experiences while balancing flexibility for merchants and simplicity for end users
• Build and implement agent evaluation frameworks and governance mechanisms to maintain reliability, security, and compliance across AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within POS, e-commerce, or complex fintech systems
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI capabilities and workflow automation
• Proven track record of overseeing large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience in building evaluation harnesses and managing human-in-the-loop feedback loops for enterprise AI systems
• Ability to perform hands-on rapid prototyping of agent workflows and prompt systems
