California Licensed Product Shelf Manager

Job Summary

To optimize the investment advisory product shelf, the full-time California Licensed Product Shelf Manager will manage product governance, coordinate evaluations and due diligence activities, and serve as the primary contact for advisors and internal stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ownership and governance of the TAN investment advisory product shelf, ensuring product availability and ongoing maintenance
• Coordinate due diligence reviews and facilitate decision-making processes for new investment solutions and product capabilities
• Monitor industry trends and advisor demand to identify product enhancement opportunities and improve competitiveness

Required qualifications

• College degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment product management or related financial services roles
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Strong knowledge of managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
• Understanding of investment advisory platforms and product governance processes
