Job Summary
Managing a claims program, the full-time California Licensed Program Manager will oversee claims supervisors and adjusters, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining client relationships in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent client relations and conduct data analysis to determine solutions related to claims and workflow
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to claims team supervisors while ensuring compliance with applicable statutes
- Monitor productivity trends and implement procedural adjustments to enhance claims processing efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight or more years of progressive technical claims experience
- Knowledge of California Labor Code as it pertains to workers' compensation claims
- Attainment of the Associate in Claims designation or active study in related fields
- Proficiency in project management and business acumen
