California Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Project Manager, the full-time position in San Jose, CA will oversee all phases of medium to large healthcare projects, managing budgeting, scheduling, design development, and client relationships while allowing for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and billing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, consultants, and stakeholders
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate project team members while preparing work plans and schedules

Required qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural practice, including project management
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations, project fees, and budget management
• Proven ability to lead teams and make sound decisions
• Experience managing consultants, agencies, and client relationships
