Job Summary
Supporting a leading financial services client, the full-time California Licensed Project Manager will design and improve project management processes, analyze complex business issues, and lead initiatives from concept to completion in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance scalable project management processes and tools for operational efficiency
- Research and resolve complex business issues, developing solutions that align with project delivery and governance
- Analyze project and financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, project management, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, operations, project management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools or process automation is preferred
