California Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure client satisfaction and project success, the fully remote California Licensed Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, oversee project design and development, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements by managing project design, development, and production to meet specifications and deadlines
• Provide proactive status updates and conduct internal and external meetings to document decisions and actions
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources effectively to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager, preferably in the learning industry
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and deliver successful outcomes
• Willingness to support clients across multiple time zones
