California Licensed Property Research Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the appraisal process, the full-time California Licensed Property Research Analyst will conduct in-depth property research, gather market data, and assist in data entry for appraisal reports while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property research using various data sources to investigate property characteristics and market trends
- Gather and organize data on comparable properties and summarize findings for appraisers
- Assist in preparing appraisal reports by entering data into appraisal software and ensuring accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in real estate research and/or market analysis
- Experience in data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives
