Job Summary

Supporting healthcare provider enrollment operations, the full-time California Licensed Provider Enrollment Analyst will review, process, and maintain accurate provider information remotely while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process, and maintain healthcare provider enrollment applications and supporting documentation
• Verify provider demographic information and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely processing
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to address enrollment issues and improve processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare provider enrollment or a related administrative role
• Experience with reviewing and processing healthcare provider information and enrollment applications
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, or other healthcare payer operations preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to manage multiple systems
