Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on women's mental health, the part-time California Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide patient-centered care in a remote telehealth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate diagnoses based on patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care and maintain accurate patient records
Required qualifications
- Valid and active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in California, New York, New Jersey, or Texas
- Valid and active DEA registration (schedules 2-5) in the respective state
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in women's health or perinatal mental health preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
