Job Summary
Providing telehealth services remotely, the contract California Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions for children, adolescents, and adults while managing medication and therapy.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute, episodic, and chronic mental health conditions
- Provide medication management and evidence-based therapy as appropriate
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Active California NP license
- PMHNP certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a psychiatric NP
- Must provide your own supervising physician and proof of liability insurance
- Experience treating adult and/or child & adolescent populations
