Job Summary
Overseeing quality assurance and compliance for regional programs, the full-time salaried California Licensed Quality Assurance Manager will monitor incident investigations, conduct client chart audits, and guide new department heads through QA orientation while working remotely from California.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and direct quality assurance and compliance for assigned regional programs
- Oversee incident investigations, licensing, certification tasks, and client chart audits
- Implement policies and drive the Total Quality Management (TQM) system, ensuring compliance with standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Mental Health, or Nursing discipline plus 6 years of experience in a mental health setting; OR
- Advanced Degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Human Services, Mental Health, or Nursing; OR
- Professional Licensure (including LVN, RN, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist) or Certification with 2 years of relevant experience
- Core experience in quality assurance support or oversight, program management, supervision, training, and/or consultation
