Job Summary
Ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in clinical practices, the full-time California Licensed Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct audits, provide feedback, and maintain a small onsite caseload while primarily working remotely in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of treatment plans and clinical documentation to ensure compliance with BACB, CASP, and payer guidelines
- Provide actionable feedback to supervisors based on quality assurance audit findings
- Deliver a minimum of 20 billable hours per week through quality assurance functions and maintain a limited direct service caseload
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ABA service delivery preferred
- Strong understanding of BACB ethics code and ABA treatment models
- Ability to stay up-to-date on relevant and emerging research in applied behavior analysis
