To support a growing law practice, the remote California Licensed Real Estate Attorney will manage commercial and industrial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, while maintaining a sustainable workload.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and joint venture agreements
- Handle development agreements, construction contracts, and real estate finance transactions
- Advise clients on deal terms, risk, and closing strategies across active transactions
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of commercial and industrial real estate transactional experience
- Hands-on experience with purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documentation
- Working command of title review, escrow instructions, and closing mechanics
- Juris Doctor and active bar admission
- Availability during Pacific business hours; Central time zone candidates considered
