Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead site selection for new locations and manage the full lifecycle of leasing activities
- Oversee acquisitions and disposals of properties, including due diligence and negotiation
- Analyze market trends and coordinate with internal teams on space planning and occupancy costs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of real estate development experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including lease economics and capital planning
