Job Summary

To support an elite private estate in Atherton, California, the full-time hourly Recruiter (AI-Assisted, Hybrid) will manage the hiring process for household staff, utilizing AI tools for efficiency while ensuring a personal touch in candidate interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks in the applicant tracking system and AI tools, ensuring timely responses to candidates
• Conduct phone screens and video interviews, documenting notes and candidate statuses promptly
• Coordinate background checks and offer paperwork following hiring decisions, maintaining confidentiality throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or domestic staffing
• Proficient in using AI tools and structured workflows in recruitment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR)
• Basic knowledge of California hiring regulations is a plus
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and able to pass a background check
