Job Summary
To support an integrated care team, the on-call California Licensed Registered Dietitian will provide nutrition consultations, perform assessments, and develop evidence-based interventions for patients facing nutrition-related challenges, working collaboratively with medical and behavioral health staff in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and formulate action plans based on patients' needs and conditions
- Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff, including resources for accessing healthy food
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to address and monitor patients' nutritional needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- Experience teaching adults and facilitating workshops
- Knowledge of nutrition programs and evidence-based nutrition therapy
- 1-2 years of clinical experience is desired
