Job Summary
To support regulatory efforts, the full-time California Licensed Regulatory Consultant will lead sections of General Rate Case (GRC) proceedings before the CPUC, ensuring accurate financial data and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sections of General Rate Case (GRC) and other cost forecast recovery proceedings before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)
- Support regulatory efforts across application, discovery, rebuttal, and hearing phases
- Collaborate with Law, Finance, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and timely financial data within the GRC
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, Law, Finance, Communications, or Public Policy
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting testimony development for a General Rate Case (GRC) or equivalent regulatory proceedings
- Experience with regulatory case management
- Ability to follow utility safety protocols and safe work practices
