Job Summary
As a full-time remote California Licensed Relationship Manager focused on Food, Beverage & Agribusiness, the successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new commercial relationships and expanding existing ones to enhance the Bank's profitability, utilizing credit acumen and knowledge of non-credit products.
Key responsibilities:
- Build a commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Commercial & Industrial business
- Engage and lead team members to identify additional products and services beneficial to clients
- Analyze client businesses to qualify them for bank products and services
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in Commercial Bank Sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations
- Curiosity about how companies operate and what drives their success
