Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional onsite meetings, the California Licensed Report Analyst will independently review and analyze Medi-Cal claims data requests, build database queries, and improve business processes to enhance healthcare outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze requests for Medi-Cal claims data, building database queries and filtering information for secure delivery
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements for business processes aligned with client technological objectives
- Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable items for clients
- Knowledge of Google Data Analytics and Citrix
- Experience in the healthcare industry, including insurance, provider support, IT, or operations
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
- Ability to create and analyze basic test scenarios for system design verification
