California Licensed Respiratory Specialist

Job Summary

To support patients receiving Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy, the full-time California Licensed Respiratory Specialist will coordinate equipment set-ups, provide customer support, and ensure compliance with healthcare documentation and insurance requirements in Modesto, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate PAP equipment set-up appointments and provide patient education on equipment usage and maintenance
• Accurately document patient information and maintain compliance with insurance guidelines and company standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and branch teams to ensure timely service delivery and operational support

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or related fields
• Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or sleep therapy services preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines related to PAP therapy
• Completion of a state-approved training program on medical device distribution and handling standards
