California Licensed Revenue Cycle Director

Job Summary

To provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership, the full-time California Licensed Revenue Cycle Director will manage contract compliance, optimize performance, and drive revenue cycle strategy in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee vendor management and operational leadership to maximize revenue and cash collections
• Partner with senior leaders to implement best practices and enhance financial performance across the Care Network
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking to ensure optimal performance outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 8 years of leadership experience within the healthcare industry
• Detailed knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes
• Experience in conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking
