California Licensed Revenue Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of revenue operations, the full-time California Licensed Revenue Operations Manager will effectively manage and optimize the revenue generation technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Cvent, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the internal Product Owner for Salesforce, translating business needs into user stories and process maps
- Manage the configuration and vendor relationships for the revenue technology stack, ensuring optimal data flow and automation
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable system workflows
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field required
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems management
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; Marketo Certified Expert certification preferred
- 2+ years of project management experience, guiding technical execution or mentoring team members
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, Cvent, and Fivetran or similar ETL software
