California Licensed RN - Night Shift

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed RN for a part-time night shift position from 7 PM to 11:30 PM PST, the Hospital Care at Home RN will provide high-quality patient care remotely, utilizing critical thinking and assessment skills for acute care patient populations.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizing monitoring and assessment skills to care for acute care patients in the home setting
• Conducting home and audio/visual patient care visits as directed by the care team
• Implementing patient care plans efficiently while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards

Required qualifications

• Active, unencumbered California state RN license
• Minimum of three years of RN experience, preferably in Med/Surg or inpatient settings
• RN Compact (multi-state) license preferred
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and participate in ongoing education
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively with team members
