Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care team, the full-time salaried California Licensed RN Operations Manager will oversee performance metrics, develop intervention plans, and manage complex databases while collaborating with Virtual Medical Directors to enhance patient care processes.
Key responsibilities
- Record, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to identify process and performance gaps across the Virtual Medical Team
- Create intervention plans addressing national, regional, or individual gaps in care delivery
- Visualize and present data-driven insights to senior leadership while managing team initiatives and project plans
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Proven expertise in advanced data manipulation using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SQL queries
- 2+ years navigating complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
