Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise RPA and AI automation solutions
- Lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and production support
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, automation, or digital transformation
- Strong experience with UiPath and Blue Prism RPA platforms
- Google Cloud AI Agents certification is mandatory
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and query optimization
