California Licensed SAP BRIM Manager
Job Summary
Leading a blended onshore/offshore team, the full-time California Licensed SAP BRIM Manager will manage production support, continuous enhancements, and operational governance across the SAP BRIM landscape, focusing on critical incident resolution and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for Level 2 and Level 3 production support, ensuring SLA compliance and managing high-volume recurring operations
- Manage project schedules, resource allocations, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall frameworks
- Provide functional governance across core SAP BRIM modules, ensuring integration integrity with related systems
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT delivery/support experience, with at least 4+ years in SAP BRIM and 3+ years in a project management role
- Functional or technical expertise in at least two of the four BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, RAR)
- Proven experience with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional technical teams across distributed time zones
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
