Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Scrum Master to work full-time in a remote capacity, who will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach Agile teams, and drive continuous improvement in a government program environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Coach team members on Agile practices to enhance team effectiveness and maturity
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clarity and prioritization of the product backlog
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
