Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare team, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead patient care activities, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the healthcare team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring accountability in patient care
- Develops and evaluates individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and families regarding their care
- Maintains accurate documentation of nursing processes and participates in departmental performance improvement activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Active California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
