Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the health care team, manage patient care plans, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a duration of five months.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the health care team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring accountability in patient care
- Develops and monitors individualized care plans, ensuring they meet patient needs and regulatory standards
- Maintains accurate documentation and participates in departmental performance improvement activities
Required qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
