Job Summary
To support patient care in a dynamic environment, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead the healthcare team, and ensure adherence to established standards while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and families
- Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Document patient care accurately and participate in departmental performance improvement activities
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Active California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
