Job Summary
To support patient care in a dynamic environment, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead healthcare teams, and ensure adherence to established standards while working remotely for a temporary duration of 5 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring timely communication with patients and families
- Lead and mentor team members while delegating tasks and maintaining accountability for patient care activities
- Document nursing processes accurately and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Valid Registered Nurse License in California
- Basic Life Support certification
- Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
