Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the health care team, develop individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with standards while working remotely for a duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads the health care team, delegates tasks, and maintains accountability for patient care activities
- Develops and monitors individualized care plans, ensuring timely communication with patients and families
- Documents nursing processes accurately and participates in departmental performance improvement activities
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
