Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead a healthcare team, develop individualized care plans, and ensure patient safety while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the healthcare team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, monitoring progress and revising as necessary
- Document nursing processes and interventions accurately and efficiently to reflect patient care outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
