Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the healthcare team, manage patient care plans, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and delegate tasks within the healthcare team, ensuring accountability and effective communication
- Develop and monitor individualized patient care plans, revising as necessary based on patient progress
- Document nursing interventions accurately and participate in departmental performance improvement activities
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Active Registered Nurse License in California
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
